Symposium Breakout Session Outline

*Content
We organize the role of Gerontology in preparation to the transformation of social structure, which is the worldwide emergence of an aging society with fewer children. Therefore, consideration of its impact will be done through examination of specific cases in which industry, government, academy and citizens cooperate with each other to provide welfare service, improve social environment, and enhance quality of life. In this session, we will consider applied cases of Gerontology in 3 different fields; "Education", "Business" and "IT Communication". We will also consider how the applied cases in each field act in the 4 areas; individual, family, community and society, to find out general versatility applicable to further activities.
*Purpose
1.To implement educational approach as cafeteria curriculum that fits each family, school education, business and continuing education.
2.To seal the effect of "Collaborative Learning" to the world from universal point of view through combining the educational effect of "Awareness" to IT and business in the software side of education in addition to its hardware side.
*Proceedings of the Breakout Session
At the beginning of Breakout Session, moderators will introduce applied cases of Gerontology and present topics concerning their contemporary state and issues, followed by presenters that point to actual cases. Then, under the conduction of moderators, questions will be accepted from all participants including general audience, similar-case studies will be done, along with discussion to find solutions for problems those cases have.
