Professor of law and literature at Ryukyu University, Chairman of Committee for Investigation of Barrier-Free Sightseeing Promotion in Okinawa, lectures about the barrier-free project of Okinawa's sightseeing.

"Announcement of the Foundation of Barrier-Free Tour Center"
"In an effort to establish a sightseeing resort that is amusing and sweet for everyone", Barrier-Free Sightseeing Promotion Project has been hosted by Okinawa Prefectural Department of Commerce and Industry. Two NPOs - Barrier-Free Network and Nobunko - that took part in the project has come to set up "Barrier-Free Center" to assist in creating enjoyable environment for everyone.
Barrier-Free Network will run the Barrier-Free Center while Nobunko will take charge in use of care-fitters with the help of Okinawa Prefecture and other collaborators in order to develop the project that anyone could enjoy Okinawa. The goal is "Sweet Okinawa; Good trip, Good life".
